Diamonds:

Diamonds are considered Investments and therefore the right of withdraw does not apply. However, up to 3 days after delivery we will accept a return for refund. 

 

Conditions:

The diamond must be returned unused and in the same condition that it was received, including the original packaging and certificates. Item that the seal has been broken or tampered with, custom made items, and items bought on sale cannot be returned nor refunded.

 

The buyer is responsible for any loss in value and for covering the shipping costs of any returned items, plus any applicable fees including taxes and duties. Buyer must use a reliable express courier / security shipping company and insure the item to full value.

 

A refund will be processed only once the item has been thoroughly inspected.

Other Stones:
We accept returns for refund within 14 days of delivery and the product must be returned unused and in the same condition that it was received, including the original packaging and certificates.
