The colour is intense to vivid green, with normal inclusion pattern visible under magnification.

Emeralds are naturally porous and inclusive stones, with surface reaching fractures, and in order to improve its clarity, it is a common and widely accepted practice in the industry to fill those fractures with oil or resin. We accept returns for refund within 14 days of delivery and the product must be returned unused and in the same condition that it was received, including the original packaging and certificates.

Items that the seal has been broken or tampered with, custom made items, and items bought on sale cannot be returned nor refunded.

The buyer is responsible for any loss in value and for covering the shipping costs of any returned items, plus any applicable fees including taxes and duties. Shipping must be tracked and insured to full value.

A refund will be approved and processed only once the items have been received and thoroughly inspected.
