 All our products prices are excluding VAT. For European Union customers VAT will be added at checkout. For Non-EU customers, you are responsible for any custom fees / duties / taxes that might be applicable in your country of destination.

 We accept returns for refund within 14 days of delivery and the product must be returned unused and in the same condition that it was received, including the original packaging and certificates.

Items that the seal has been broken or tampered with, custom made items, and items bought on sale cannot be returned nor refunded.

The buyer is responsible for any loss in value and for covering the shipping costs of any returned items, plus any applicable fees including taxes and duties. For valuable items (350€ and above) the buyer must use an express courier / security shipping company and insure the item to full value.

A refund will only be approved and processed only once the items have been received and thoroughly inspected.
