Excellent colour and saturation. Although the stone’s cullet was broken and expertly repaired, this imperfection is negligible and only visible under proper magnification. Detailed 20x macro photos have been provided, revealing this in the pavilion photo.

Rubies are the red variety of the mineral corundum, composed of aluminum and oxygen (Al2O3), and the presence of chromium is what gives this stone the so much desired red colour.Its presence can also cause natural fluorescence, which further enhances its red color intensity.
