We accept returns for refund within 14 days of delivery and the product must be returned unused and in the same condition that it was received, including the original packaging and certificates.

Items that the seal has been broken or tampered with, custom made items, and items bought on sale cannot be returned nor refunded.

The buyer is responsible for any loss in value and for covering the shipping costs of any returned items, plus any applicable fees including taxes and duties. Shipping must be tracked and insured to full value.

A refund will only be approved and processed only once the items have been received and thoroughly inspected.
